Rice Flakes Original

Rickmers rice flakes are made from long grain Indica rice in a carefully controlled hydro-thermal process and have a uniform flake shape. They require 1 minute cooking time and are suitable for porridge, sweet dishes such as rice pudding and desserts, as well as for structuring e.g. in vegetarian patties, in toppings and for stabilising fillings, also together with e.g. minced meat.

Rickmers rice flakes are also used as a basis for diet food and structured foods and as a source of carbohydrates for high-quality pet food applications.
