
Rice Dish Grit MLG 106
Rickmers Rice Dish Grit / Semolina MLG 106 is made from long grain Indica rice of a consistently high quality. It provides a firm, dry or crispy texture, improves expansion, and is therefore particularly suitable for use in extruded ready-to-eat breakfast cereals or dough-covered nut snacks.
It has a more coarse granulation than 3P rice semolina and is also used, for example, in breadcrumb systems to improve adhesion, as it contributes to the formation of a cooked layer between the food and the breadcrumb coating.
