
Rice Flakes Grit MLG 2.5
Rickmers rice flake semolina MLG 2.5 is a semolina made from rice flakes of a consistently high quality. Due to the thermal pre-treatment of the flakes, the starch is partially gelatinized. The base is long grain Indica rice.
Rice flake semolina MLG 2.5 binds moisture excellently and has very good flow and trickle properties in the dry state, is therefore also used as an anti-caking agent and flow aid. Like the other long grain rice based rice flours and semolina, it can help reduce oil absorption and limit the formation of acrylamide.
